मुख्य पशु चिकित्साधिकारी, जनपद अल्मोड़ा डॉ उदय शंकर महोदय के दिशा निर्देश के क्रम में राजकीय पशुचिकित्सालय, बासोट क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाले ग्राम मझेड़ा में पशु चिकित्साधिकारी, बासोट डॉ. पंकज गुणवंत के सफल नेतृत्व में पशु चिकित्सा एवं टीकाकरण शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। उक्त शिविर में कुल 68 पशुओं हेतु दवा वितरित की गई एवं 48 पशुओं में खुरपका एवं मुंहपका रोग से बचाव के लिए टीकाकरण किया गया। पशुधन बीमा योजनांतर्गत 04 बड़े पशुओं का 3 वर्ष के लिए बीमा भी किया गया।

According to the directions of Chief Veterinary Officer, District Almora, Dr. Uday Shankar, a veterinary and vaccination camp was organized under the successful leadership of Dr. Pankaj Gunwant, Veterinary Officer, Basot in village Majheda, falling under Basot area. Medicines were distributed to a total of 68 animals in the camp and 48 animals were vaccinated against hoof and mouth disease. Under the Livestock Insurance Scheme, 04 large animals were also insured for 3 years.
