21 अगस्त को मसूरी से लौट रहा एक मैक्स वाहन अचानक अनियंत्रित होकर लगभग 200 मीटर गहरी खाई में गिर गया। मौके पर पहुंची थत्यूड़ पुलिस ने स्थानीय ग्रामीणों की मदद से 24 वर्षीय चालक, निवासी ग्राम गैड, को रेस्क्यू किया और घायल को सीएचसी थत्यूड़ भेजा, जहां से आगे उपचार के लिए देहरादून रेफर कर दिया गया।
