भगवानपुर टोल प्लाज़ा के निकट कार चालक से मारपीट करके कार छीनकर भागने की सूचना 112 पर प्राप्त होने पर तत्काल कार्यवाही करते हुए उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस ने कार का पीछा किया और घेराबंदी की, जिसके कारण बदमाश कार छोड़कर भाग गए। बदमाशों की तलाश जारी है।
