श्री हेमकुंड साहिब के रास्ते में बस के खराब होने की सूचना पर तत्काल एसपी चमोली ने एसआई जगमोहन सिंह को निर्देशित किया, जिन्होंने मैकेनिक की व्यवस्था की और दूसरी बस के लिए ऋषिकेश डिपो को अनुरोध किया। परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए उन्होंने लंगर समुदाय के सहयोग से 38 श्रद्धालुओं के लिए भोजन की भी व्यवस्था की।
