देहरादून के मियावाला में रोज़गार के नाम पर बिहार से आये युवक को बंधी बनाने की मिली सूचना पर देर रात्रि 2ः30 बजे हरावाला चौकी प्रभारी उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस एसआई नवीन डंगवाल ने युवक की लोकेशन निकालकर टीम के साथ दबिश देकर युवक को मुक्त कराया और परिजनों के सुपुर्द किया।
