बीते दिन रोमा नारंग पत्नी श्री महेश नारंग निवासी महाराष्ट्र उम्र 50 वर्ष जो की अपने परिवार के साथ सुबह घांघरिया से श्री हेमकुंड साहिब के लिए गए थे। पैदल रास्ते पर उनका आक्सीजन लेवल कम होने के कारण अचानक स्वास्थ्य खराब हो गया। जिसकी सूचना प्राप्त होने पर तत्काल पुलिस और एसडीआरएफ द्वारा महिला को पालकी के सहारे तत्काल घांघरिया लाया गया जहाँ गुरुद्वारा डिस्पेंसरी में प्राथमिक उपचार/माउथ ब्रीथिंग देकर उपचार करवाया गया। उक्त महिला अब स्वस्थ है।
