श्री हेमकुण्ड साहिब यात्रा मार्ग घांघरिया में एक कच्ची झोपडी में नेपाली मूल महिला द्वारा पुलिस को बताया कि उसके पास पर्याप्त बिस्तर ना होने कारण रात्रि में ठण्ड लगती है और उनकी 2 साल की छोटी बच्ची के पास भी गर्म कपडे नहीं है व अभी उसके पास कंबल खरीदने के लिए पैसे नही है, जिस पर पुलिस द्वारा परिवार को कंबल व गर्म कपड़ो का प्रबंध किया गया।
