उत्तराखंड में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को मजबूत करने के लिए विभाग जल्द 300 नए डॉक्टरों की भर्ती करेगा। वहीं लंबे समय से गैरहाजिर 56 बॉन्डधारी डॉक्टरों की सेवाएं समाप्त कर दी गई हैं। हाल ही में 220 चिकित्सकों को सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों में तैनात किया गया है और अब स्पेशलिस्ट डॉक्टरों की भर्ती की तैयारी भी चल रही है।
