Utkarsh Rawat of Pauri Garhwal became a pilot

Utkarsh Rawat, a resident of village Ujyari in Gagwadasyun valley of Pauri Garhwal, has been trained as a professional pilot and is now going to fly high with his hopes on Indigo's plane. This is a matter of great pride for the entire state. Utkarsh has given the credit of his success to his family and teachers.
