Director of Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Centre (USERC), Prof. Anita Rawat, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Gurmit Singh on Friday at Raj Bhavan and submitted the annual report of the institute. She informed the Governor about USERC's efforts to promote science education, research, and innovation in the state.
