जानकारी के अनुसार, देहरादून में नस्लीय हिंसा का शिकार हुए त्रिपुरा निवासी छात्र एंजल चकमा की मौत के बाद उत्तराखंड से लेकर त्रिपुरा तक विरोध तेज हो गया है। बताया गया है कि इस मामले में अब तक पांच आरोपी गिरफ्तार किए गए हैं, जबकि एक फरार आरोपी की तलाश जारी है। वहीं, सरकार ने दोषियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई का भरोसा दिलाया है।
