कैलाश गेट ऋषिकेश में पी.डब्ल्यू.डी. तिराहे के पास टैंकर के ब्रेक फेल होने से अनियंत्रित होकर दुर्घटनाग्रस्त होने  पर एसडीआरएफ उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस द्वारा तत्काल मौके पर पहुँचकर कड़ी मशक्कत करते हुए वाहन में बुरी तरह फंसे वाहन चालक को सुरक्षित बाहर निकालकर एम्बुलेंस के माध्यम से अस्पताल पहुँचाया।

SDRF Uttarakhand police immediately reached the spot where the tanker crashed due to brake failure near PWD Tiraha in Kailash Gate Rishikesh and took out the driver who was badly trapped in the vehicle safely and sent him to the hospital through an ambulance.
