Manju Devi from Chamoli and Suraj Ringi from Tehri have received a special invitation from Rashtrapati Bhavan to attend the Independence Day celebration. Manju works with women's self-help groups in handicrafts and agriculture, while Suraj has been running a plantation campaign for environmental conservation for the past three years.
