जानकारी के अनुसार, उत्तरकाशी जिले के रिखाउखड्ड के पास एक ट्रक अनियंत्रित होकर खाई में गिर गया, जिस कारण इस हादसे में दो लोग घायल हो गए, जिन्हें जिला पुलिस ने नजदीकी अस्पताल पहुंचाया। वहीं किसी अन्य संभावित घायल की आशंका के चलते एसडीआरएफ टीम ने मौके पर पहुंचकर खाई और आसपास के क्षेत्र में सघन सर्च अभियान चलाया।
