आज राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी की 156वीं जयंती पर राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, उपराष्ट्रपति सी.पी. राधाकृष्णन सहित कई मंत्रियों ने राजघाट पहुंचकर बापू को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। 2 अक्टूबर 1869 को पोरबंदर में जन्मे महात्मा गांधी ने सत्य और अहिंसा के मार्ग से देश को आज़ादी दिलाई।

On the 156th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, President Droupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan, along with several ministers, visited Rajghat to pay homage to Bapu. Born on 2 October 1869 in Porbandar, Mahatma Gandhi led India’s freedom struggle through the path of truth and non-violence.
