As part of the comprehensive training/public awareness campaign being run by SDRF Uttarakhand across the state, the students and school staff of Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Bhatwadi, Uttarkashi were given information about disaster management, first aid treatment, rope rescue equipment, and carrying the victim. Various techniques of doing so were practiced.
