दिनांक 28.05.2023 को उत्तरकाशी पुलिस को उत्तरकाशी से गंगोत्री की ओर जा रही एक मैक्स वाहन गलत तरीके/स्पीड मे आते हुयी दिखी, पुलिस जवानों द्वारा उक्त मैक्स  वाहन को रोककर चैक किया गया तो चालक शराब के नशे में प्रतीत हो रहा था, जिसका एल्कोमीटर से परीक्षण किया गया तो वह शराब के नशे में धुत था। पुलिस द्वारा वाहन को मौके पर सीज कर वाहन एवं चालक को थाना हर्षिल ले जाया गया।

On 28.05.2023, the Uttarkashi Police saw a Max vehicle going from Uttarkashi towards Gangotri coming in the wrong way/speed, when the said Max vehicle was stopped and checked by the police personnel, the driver seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. When tested with an alcometer, he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Police seized the vehicle on the spot and took the vehicle and the driver to Harshil police station.
