बाहरी राज्यों से लोग उत्तराखण्ड बर्फबारी देखने आ रहे हैं। तीर्थनगरी ऋषिकेश और आस-पास के क्षेत्र में गुरूवार को 25 पर्यटक समेत कोरोना के 39 नए मामले सामने आए हैं। स्थानीय लोगों को आइसोलेट कर दिया है।
