इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री एवं केन्द्रीय मंत्री के बीच राज्य में शिक्षा और कौशल विकास को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर चर्चा हुई। केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री प्रधान ने कहा देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड के युवाओं की प्रतिभाओं को उजागर करने हेतु कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमिता के क्षेत्र में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा पूरी मदद दी जाएगी।
