Thunderstorm and rain likely in Uttarakhand, Meteorological Department issues warning

According to the Meteorological Department, light to moderate rain and thunderstorms are likely at some places in the hilly districts of Uttarakhand. Similar weather conditions are expected at isolated places in the plains of Uttarakhand as well. During the afternoon, surface winds in the plains may be strong and gusty.
