रूद्रप्रयाग के चिरबटिया में तीन महिलाओं के मिट्टी के ढांग में दबने की सूचना मिली। सूचना मिलते ही आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग डीडीआरएफ, पुलिस, एसडीआरएफ और जिला प्रशासन की टीम मौके पर पहुंची और बचाव कार्य शुरू किया गया। लेकिन तीनों महिलाओं की मौत हो चुकी थी। इस खबर को सुनकर गांव में मातम का माहौल बना हुआ है।
