पंचायत चुनाव से पहले देहरादून में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के तहत की जा रही सघन चेकिंग के दौरान थाना त्यूणी पुलिस ने एक ऑल्टो कार से 125 किलोग्राम डायनामाइट, डिटोनेटर और अन्य विस्फोटक सामग्री बरामद की। आरोपियों द्वारा कोई वैध दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत न किए जाने पर पुलिस ने तीनों को मौके पर ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

As the accused failed to produce any valid documents for the explosives, all three were immediately arrested by the police.
