जानकारी के अनुसार, देहरादून के दून मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल में जल्द ही थोरैकोस्कोपिक सर्जरी की सुविधा शुरू होने जा रही है, जिससे मरीजों को लाभ होगा। बताया गया कि निजी अस्पतालों में इस सर्जरी पर ₹1-1.5 लाख तक खर्च आता है, जबकि दून अस्पताल में यह कम शुल्क पर होगी और आयुष्मान कार्ड धारकों को मुफ्त इलाज मिलेगा।

It is said that this surgery costs around ₹1–1.5 lakh in private hospitals, while at Doon Hospital it will be available at a lower fee, & Ayushman card holders will receive the treatment free of cost.
