The youth was brought to the examination center on time

The young man who had come to Champawat from Delhi to appear for Lekhpal/Patwari exam was getting late in reaching the examination center. Constable Hem Chandra Mehra of Police Station Lohaghat arranged a taxi for the youth and other examinees and got them to the examination center on time.
