यातायात ड्यूटी में नियुक्त होमगार्ड वीरेंद्र कुमार, जनपद देहरादून जिनकी ड्यूटी रेलवे गेट के ऑपोजिट तिराहे पर लगी है, बरसात के कारण सड़क किनारे हुए गड्ढे, जिससे यातायात रुक रुक कर चल रहा था इन्होंने देखकर कुछ मजदूरों को साथ लेकर स्वयं फावड़े से गड्ढों को भरा, जिसके पश्चात यातायात सुचारू रूप से चला तथा जाम से मुक्ति मिली।
