विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्रीमती ऋतु खण्डूरी ने भीमताल विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत नगर पालिका परिषद् भीमताल द्वारा आयोजित प्रसिद्ध ‘हरेला महोत्सव’ में प्रतिभाग किया। उन्होंने कहा कि भीमताल का यह हरेला मेला प्रकृति को समर्पित है यह उत्तराखंड का पौराणिक मेला है। पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संदेश देता यह मेला बेहद खास है, जिसका स्थानीय लोगों सहित पूरे कुमाऊं क्षेत्र के लोगो को बेहद इंतजार रहता है।

Assembly Speaker Mrs. Ritu Khanduri participated in the famous 'Harela Mahotsav' organized by Bhimtal Municipal Council under Bhimtal Assembly constituency. She said that this Harela fair of Bhimtal is dedicated to nature, it is a mythological fair of Uttarakhand. This fair, which gives the message of environmental protection, is very special, which is eagerly awaited by the people of the entire Kumaon region including the local people.
