The doors of Chaturth Kedar 'Rudranath Temple' will open on May 18 2024

The doors of 'Rudranath Temple', the fourth Kedar among the Panch Kedar, will be opened for the summer season on May 18 this year. On the festival of Basant Panchami, the date of opening of the doors of Gopinath temple was decided on the basis of Panchang calculations. Ved Prakash Bhatt, priest of Rudranath temple, said that as per the procedures for opening the doors, the movable idol of Lord Rudranath will be brought to the temple premises from the sanctum sanctorum of Gopinath temple after the worship on 14 May 2024.
