रुड़की पुलिस ने पैसों के लेनदेन को लेकर झगड़ रहे दोनों पक्षों को काफी समझाने बुझाने पर भी नहीं मानने पर शांति व्यवस्था भंग होने की आशंका के दृष्टिगत कुल 4 नफर अभियुक्तों को अंतर्गत धारा 151 सीआरपीसी में गिरफ्तार किया।

The Roorkee police arrested a total of 4 nefarious accused under Section 151 CrPC in view of the possibility of breach of the peace if both the parties who were quarreling over money transactions, did not agree to it.

The accused were arrested in view of the possibility of disturbance of the peace
