उत्तराखंड के चमोली जिले के थराली क्षेत्र में मोटे अनाजों की खेती कर रहे किसानों को जंगली जानवरों से भारी नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है। ग्रामीणों के अनुसार दिन में बंदर और रात को जंगली सूअर फसलें बर्बाद कर रहे हैं। डीएफओ बद्रीनाथ ने बताया कि 1200 बंदरों को पकड़कर सुरक्षित स्थान पर भेजने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर रहे हैं।
