हत्या के प्रयास, बलवा आदि कतिपय मामलों में कई दिन से फरार चल रहे कथित आरोपी नेता विष्णु अरोड़ा को कोतवाली ज्वालापुर पुलिस एवं सी.आई.यू हरिद्वार की संयुक्त टीम ने विभिन्न प्रयासों के बाद धर दबोचने में कामयाबी हासिल की गई। एसएचओ ज्वालापुर आर.के. सकलानी व सीआईयू प्रभारी नरेन्द्र बिष्ट के नेतृत्व में गठित अलग-अलग टीम द्वारा आपस में बढ़िया सामंजस्य स्थापित करते हुए भागने के फिराक में घूम रहे अभियुक्त विष्णु अरोड़ा को गिरफ्तार किया गया।

After several attempts, the joint team of Kotwali Jwalapur Police and CIU Haridwar succeeded in nabbing the alleged accused leader Vishnu Arora, who was absconding for several days in certain cases like attempts to murder, rioting, etc. The accused Vishnu Arora, who was trying to escape, was arrested by different teams formed under the leadership of  SHO Jwalapur RK Saklani and CIU in-charge Narendra Bisht.
