नवंबर का महीना शुरू हो गया है। लेकिन इस बार मौसम का मिजाज बदला हुआ है। राजधानी देहरादून में नवंबर में तापमान ने बीते कुछ सालों का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ा है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार एक नवंबर को राजधानी देहरादून में तापमान 31.0 सेल्सियस था। जो की दूसरा उच्चतम तापमान है। इससे पहले 2016 में दो नवंबर को 31.2 सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया था। बता दें इससे पहले 1952 में एक नवंबर को 30.6 सेल्सियस तापमान रहा था। जो अभी तक का सबसे अधिक गर्म दिन था। 1952 के बाद ऐसा दूसरी बार हुआ है।
