बिहार में तेजस्वी यादव ने ऐलान किया है कि सरकार बनने पर राज्य के सभी संविदा और आउटसोर्स कर्मियों को स्थायी किया जाएगा। साथ ही जीविका दीदी समूहों के लिए 5 लाख रुपये तक का बीमा कराने की योजना लागू की जाएगी।
