दिनांक 17.05.2022 को हरियाणा से आया हुआ युवकों का दल जो श्री केदारनाथ धाम के दर्शन कर संगम घाट देवप्रयाग पर स्नान हेतु रुका था। सांय करीब 4ः00 बजे स्नान के दौरान उक्त दल का एक युवक स्नान करते हुए नदी में डूबने लगा। उक्त घाट पर मुस्तैद टिहरी की जल पुलिस टीम द्वारा बिना देरी किए हुए अपनी जान की परवाह किए बिना त्वरित नदी में उतर कर उक्त युवक की जान बचाई गई।

On 17.05.2022, a group of youths who had come from Haryana had stopped at Sangam Ghat Devprayag after visiting Shri Kedarnath Dham. During the bath at around 4:00 pm, a youth started drowning in the river while taking a bath. The life of the youth was saved by the water police team of Tehri prepared at the ghat, without any delay, without caring for his life, by quickly descending into the river.
