एक व्यक्ति सोमनाथ पत्रा निवासी ग्राम बलूंगा थाना भानपुर जिला खुर्दा उड़ीसा, उम्र क़रीब 25 साल, अपने घर से यात्रा के लिए जोशीमठ चमोली के लिया चला था जो की रात्रि में देवप्रयाग थाना क्षेत्र में बस से उतर गया गस्त के दौरान पुलिसकर्मीयों द्वारा उसे घूमते हुए देखा गया व उससे बात की गयी तो वह सही जानकारी नही दे पा रहा था और मानसिक रूप से भी कमजोर लग रहा था। पुलिस द्वारा उसके परिजनों से संपर्क किया और उक्त व्यक्ति को उनके परिजनों के सुपुर्द किया गया ।

A person resident of Somnath Patra village Balunga police station Bhanpur district Khurda Orissa, aged about 25 years, had taken Joshimath for a journey from his home to Chamoli, who got off the bus in Devprayag police station area during the night while patrolling him by the policemen. Seen and talked to him, but he was not able to give correct information and also seemed mentally weak. His relatives were contacted by the police and the said person was handed over to their relatives.
