कल दिनाक 06.07.2022 को एसओजी टिहरी को सूचना प्राप्त हुई कि अंतर्राज्यीय गिरोह का एक सदस्य स्मैक लेकर ऋषिकेश मुनिकिरेती क्षेत्र में आया है जो कुछ पर्यटकों व अन्य लोगों को ऊँची क़ीमत पर स्मैक बेच रहा है, इस सूचना पर तत्काल क्षेत्राधिकारी मुनिकिरेती श्री रवीन्द्र चमोली जी के निर्देशन में (एसओजी) व थाना मुनिकिरेती  पुलिस सहित दो टीमों का गठन किया गया गठित टीम द्वारा अभियुक्त सुरेश  निवासी अलकपुरा थाना मोलापार जिला नागौर राजस्थान उम्र 30 वर्ष को तपोवन क्षेत्र से गिरफ्तार किया गया।
