जानकारी के अनुसार, चंपावत जिले के तल्लापाल-बिलौना क्षेत्र में प्राथमिक विद्यालय कठौल के 50 वर्षीय शिक्षक प्रताप सिंह बिष्ट का शव स्कूल की कक्षा में संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में फंदे से लटका मिला। बताया जा रहा है कि मृतक कठौल स्कूल में लंबे समय से तैनात थे और स्कूल परिसर में ही रहते थे। फिलहाल पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी हुई है।

According to reports, the body of 50-year-old teacher Pratap Singh Bisht was found hanging under suspicious circumstances inside a classroom of Primary School Kathaul in the Tallapaal–Bilauna area of Champawat. He had reportedly been posted at the school for many years and lived on the campus. Police have initiated an investigation.
