Taliban implements new penal law in Afghanistan

According to reports, the Taliban govt in Afghanistan has introduced a new penal law under which beating a wife or children may not be treated as a crime if it does not cause serious injury, broken bones, or visible open wounds. It is also reported that women will have to follow strict conditions to seek help or file a complaint in court.
