चंपावत में भारी बारिश के कारण कारला नदी के उफान पर आने से बेलखेत का झूला पुल नदी के तेज बहाव में बह गया। झूला पुल टूटने से पांच हजार की आबादी का जिला मुख्यालय से संपर्क कट गया है। लोगों को पुल के टूटने के कारण दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
