Strict preparations by Election Commission ahead of first phase of voting in Bengal

According to report, the Election Commission has made strict preparations ahead of the first phase of voting in West Bengal. Under these arrangements, webcasting has been set up at all polling booths and central forces have been deployed for security. Meanwhile, campaigning for the second phase has also gained momentum.
