Strict ban on old vehicles implemented in Delhi

Starting today, July 1, vehicles older than 10 years (diesel) and 15 years (petrol) will no longer be allowed to refuel in Delhi. ANPR cameras will identify such vehicles, and if caught, they will be seized and sent directly to the scrap yard. Additionally, violators may face fines of up to ₹10,000.
