Strict action on pollution in Delhi, vehicles to face restrictions

According to report, the govt has taken strict steps in view of the rising air pollution in Delhi. From Dec 18, vehicles below the BS6 standard will be banned from entering the city. Additionally, vehicles without a valid Pollution Under Control certificate will not be given fuel, & action will be taken against those violating the rules.
