चैकिंग के दौरान अल्मोड़ा पुलिस को एक ट्रक चालक शराब के नशे में वाहन चलाते हुए पाया गया। जिसे पुलिस द्वारा मोटरवाहन अधिनियम के तहत गिरफ्तार कर वाहन को सीज किया गया। जबकिऑल्टो चालक वाहन को बिना फिटनेस, बिना डीएल व बिना आरसी के चलाता पाया गया। जिसके विरुद्ध मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के तहत कार्यवाही कर वाहन को सीज किया गया।

यातायात नियमों का उल्लघंन करने वालों के विरुद्ध ताबड़तोड़ कार्यवाही

During checking, Almora Police found a truck driver driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the police under the Motor Vehicles Act and the vehicle was seized. Whereas the Alto driver was found driving the vehicle without fitness, without DL and without RC. Action was taken against him under the Motor Vehicles Act and the vehicle was seized.
