सम्मेलन मे सर्वप्रथम वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा उपस्थित अधि0/कर्मगणों से व्यक्तिगत/सामूहिक समस्या अथवा सुझाव के सम्बन्ध मे जानकारी की गयी, जिसमें कार्मिकों द्वारा व्यक्तिगत समस्या तथा सुझाव के सम्बन्ध मे अवगत कराया गया-
1. कानि0 121 टीपी भजनपाल द्वारा हाईवे पैट्रोल कार मे सम्बन्धता पर नियुक्ति हेतु अवगत कराया गया।
2. यातायात मे नियुक्त आरक्षियों द्वारा थाना मुनिकीरेती स्थित मॉडल बैरक मे मनोरंजन संबंधी संशाधन व्यवस्थित किये जाने का सुझाव दिया गया।

आगामी चारधाम यात्रा की तैयारियों को लेकर एसएसपी टिहरी ने की यातायात कार्मिको की बैठक।
