Speeding truck runs over biker in Haridwar, kills him on the spot

According to reports, near Bhumanand Hospital on a highway in Haridwar, a speeding truck ran over a young biker who worked at a post office and was on his way to duty, killing him on the spot. After the incident, the truck driver fled, and police have registered a case and begun a search using CCTV footage.
