Speeding car hits several people in Bihar

According to reports, in Samastipur, Bihar, a speeding car hit people who were bathing during a religious ceremony, due to which four people were injured in the incident, some of whom are said to be in serious condition. Meanwhile, after the incident, angry villagers caught the driver and handed him over to the police and damaged the car.
