अभियुक्त रमेश चंद्र पांडे, उम्र 38 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम करौली जिला बागेश्वर वर्तमान में अपने हाल पता शिव मंदिर नवाबी रोड हीरानगर कोतवाली हल्द्वानी जनपद नैनीताल मैं रहकर लंबे समय से चरस की तस्करी में सम्मिलित था। कोतवाली लालकुआं पुलिस और एसओजी की संयुक्त पुलिस टीम ने रात के अंधेरे मैं घेराबंदी कर चरस तस्कर को गिरफ्तार किया।

905 ग्राम चरस के साथ तस्कर गिरफ्तार

Accused Ramesh Chandra Pandey, aged 38 years resident of village Karauli district Bageshwar, was involved in smuggling of charas for a long time by staying in his present address Shiv Mandir Nawabi Road Hiranagar Kotwali Haldwani district Nainital. The joint police team of Kotwali Lalkuan police and SOG arrested the charas smuggler by laying siege in the dark of night.
