लेह में छठी अनुसूची और राज्य का दर्जा देने की मांग को लेकर हुए हिंसक विरोध के बाद अब हालात काबू में हैं। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने कल सरकारी कार्यालयों और एक राजनीतिक दल के दफ्तर में आगजनी की थी, जिसमें 30 से अधिक सुरक्षाकर्मी घायल हुए। प्रशासन ने लोगों से शांति बनाए रखने तथा भड़काऊ सामग्री न फैलाने की अपील की है।
