उत्तरकाशी के जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष दीपक बिजल्वाण पर सरकारी धन का गबन करने का आरोप लगा है। इससे  पहले भी कई बार उन पर कार्य कराने के नाम पर पैंसों का गबन करने का आरोप लग चुका है। इस मामले की जांच अब एसआईटी करेगी। दीपक पर आरोप है कि बिना कार्य कराए ही कार्यदायी संस्था और ठेकेदारों को भुगतान कर दिया गया।

Deepak Bijalvan, the district panchayat president of Uttarkashi, has been accused of embezzling government funds.
