हल्द्वानी के टीपीनगर चौकी क्षेत्र में एक पिकअप ने अनियंत्रित होकर स्कूटी सवार  दुकानदार को रौंद दिया। चालक घायल को अस्पताल ले जाकर फरार हो गया। अस्पताल में डाॅक्टरों ने दुकानदार को मृत घोषित कर दिया था। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस पिकअप चालक की तलाश कर रही है। मृतक पंकज फूलचौड़ अपने दो बच्चों और पत्नी के साथ एक किराये के कमरे में रहता था और उसकी चार बहने हैं।
