खबर के अनुसार, बागेश्वर जिले के कपकोट तहसील के बदिया क्षेत्र के पटाक गांव में सड़क न होने के कारण बीमार बुजुर्ग को ग्रामीणों ने कुर्सी की डोली बनाकर करीब 5 किमी दूर सड़क तक पहुंचाया, जिसका वीडियो सामने आया है। वहीं, ग्राम प्रधान ने कहा कि सड़क के अभाव में मरीजों को भारी दिक्कत होती है और शासन-प्रशासन से जल्द सड़क निर्माण की मांग की है।
